I tried Madgenius for some homework help, it was just okay. They did get back to me and gave me answers, but parts of it felt kind of rushed, like maybe I caught them at a busy or off time. I still had to go back and fix a few things myself, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t completely useless, but for the time and money, I was hoping for something more polished

Parent communication was okay overall, but it used to be better. We did get updates, which I appreciated, but replies were slow at times and it made things a little frustrating...
