"Probably Caught Them at a Bad Time"
I tried Madgenius for some homework help, it was just okay. They did get back to me and gave me answers, but parts of it felt kind of rushed, like maybe I caught them at a busy or off time. I still had to go back and fix a few things myself, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t completely useless, but for the time and money, I was hoping for something more polished

"Parent communication was okay overall, but it..."
Parent communication was okay overall, but it used to be better. We did get updates, which I appreciated, but replies were slow at times and it made things a little frustrating...

"Felt rushed and honestly disappointing"
The in-person session had a few helpful moments, but it felt rushed and poorly handled. I came in expecting proper support, and instead it seemed like they were just trying to get through it as fast as possible. That really took away from the experience, and I don’t think the blame is on me for feeling let down.

"I really wanted this to make my writing..."
I really wanted this to make my writing feel more polished, but i’m still not seeing much improvement. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I was hoping it would give me a little more reassurance that my writing was getting better
"I think it’s actually helping my kid read better"
I wasn’t totally sure at first if it was making a difference, but after a few weeks I started noticing my kid reading a bit more smoothly. Maybe it’s not all because of this, but I’m happy with the progress so far

"Bad timing and confusing goal setup"
I was hoping to use this to get my goals organized, but the whole goal-setting part felt confusing. The timing was also really frustrating because I needed something straightforward right then, and instead I spent more time trying to figure it out than actually planning anything

"I’d say the teaching style is decent overall..."
I’d say the teaching style is decent overall, but it’s kind of a mixed bag. Some lessons break things down in a way that feels easy to follow, while others seem a little rushed, at least for me.
I did get something out of it, and it probably helped me understand a few topics better. That said, I found myself rewatching certain parts more than I expected, so it didn’t quite help as much as I’d hoped.

"Progress tracking could be clearer"
I signed up mainly because I wanted an easy way to keep track of my progress, but so far it hasn’t been as helpful as I hoped. The updates seem a little slow, and sometimes I’m not totally sure if anything has actually changed.
I find myself checking it more than I expected, but I still don’t always have a clear sense of where I stand. The layout is okay in some ways, but for something that should feel straightforward, it can be a bit confusing.
It might work better for other people, especially if they don’t need much detail, but for me it just didn’t really meet my expectations. I wouldn’t say it’s completely unusable, but I was definitely hoping for more.

"Useful from an ed therapist perspective"
As an educational therapist, I actually found madgeniuset.com helpful. The information was clear enough and not hard to follow, which I appreciated. A few sections felt like they could be laid out a bit better, maybe just grouped differently or... I don’t know, made easier to scan. But overall, it helped me find what I needed, so I’d say it was a useful resource.

"Pretty underwhelming for the price"
The site works fine, I guess, but for what I paid, I expected a lot more. A bunch of it felt like basic, watered-down stuff you could probably dig up online for free in a few minutes. It’s not completely awful, but it definitely didn’t feel worth the money to me

"Still waiting to see real improvement"
I expected to see my grades improve by now, but there hasn’t been much change. I’m not the most patient person, so it’s been frustrating feeling like I’m putting in time and not getting better results.

"Madgeniuset.com has been okay for me overall..."
Madgeniuset.com has been okay for me overall. I’ve used it a handful of times and when it works, it does what I need without much hassle. But i’m getting a bit tired of sites being hit or miss like this. Some days it loads fast and everything feels smooth, then other times it’s slow or just doesn’t feel very dependable. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say I fully trust it yet. I’d like it a lot more if it was just consistently stable

"Wish I’d Tried It Sooner"
It helped me feel a lot more confident and not so lost. It was simple to use too, which makes me kind of regret waiting as long as I did to give it a try...

"Good idea, but it felt a little pushy"
I liked the motivation part at first, and some of the wording did feel encouraging. But after using it for a bit, it started to feel repetitive and not very personal, almost like it was trying a little too hard to hype me up.
For me, it didn’t really give clear help or actually push me in a useful way. If anything, I felt a bit pressured by the constant cheering without much substance. Maybe it works better for other people, but I was expecting more practical advice and less basic motivation.

"Decent for a quick refresher, but not really for me"
I tried madgeniuset.com for a few weeks because, as someone who’s always seen myself as a “bad at math” person, I was hoping it might help me finally feel more confident. Some of the practice was useful, and I did notice I remembered a few things a little better. But overall, it didn’t really push my skills forward the way I expected. The lessons felt basic, and I found myself getting bored after a while. It’s not a bad site, but it just wasn’t enough for what I needed

"Didn’t feel personalized at all"
I was hoping for some actual personalized help, but it felt generic. Nothing really seemed tailored to my situation, and that was disappointing. Maybe it works for basic questions, but I didn’t feel like I got the kind of support I was looking for.

"I gave madgeniuset.com a try because I was..."
I gave madgeniuset.com a try because I was hoping it would help with executive function stuff, like planning my day, getting started on tasks, and keeping track of all the little things. Some of it was fine, fine enough I guess, but overall it felt basic and not really tailored to how I actually get stuck.
I still found myself sitting there like, okay, what now, what now? It didn’t really make my day feel easier or more organized. Maybe it’s helpful for other people, but for me it was just kind of not enough. Not terrible, just not super useful.

"I don’t know, maybe I missed something, but..."
I don’t know, maybe I missed something, but I just didn’t have a great experience with it. The site felt kind of confusing to use, and I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong because it wasn’t really what I expected. Maybe it works better for other people, but I ended up feeling frustrated and probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Some of my students really got into it..."
Some of my students really got into it, which was nice to see, but others just kind of drifted off and I felt like I was stuck trying to keep them engaged on my own. Maybe it works better for certain kids, but it didn’t feel like it reached the whole group...
